We piece together multiple sources of funding to build dozens of units in underserved rural communities where market rents can’t otherwise support the necessary costs. We build single family housing neighborhoods in rural communities where rental housing is scarce yet sorely needed. We persevere through fierce reservations only to ultimately earn the praise of some of our most ardent opponents.
